You really *should not* route tracks or place components between the two sides of an opto-isolator. It is a bad habit as it decreases your creepage and isolation rating.
It might not matter to you, but the next person comes along copy your layout and assume that it has opto-isolators and have the full isolation that spec by the datasheet.

OK, I'll fix it later - thanks!
Anyway - this board is mostly a toy and not intended to be a real industrial level piece of equipment ;)

I have seen way too many bad examples of opto-isolator in the open source world. People without the proper experiences are likely to copy/paste designs and learn bad habits form others. :(
I feel there is a responsibility of some kind for that reason.

Nice, who is the board manufacturer? How much did it cost?

about $18 per board - it was seeedstudio where I usually do 4-layer boards for the last few years
