Can blue LED light kill bacteria in human milk?

Order shipped on 07/06/2016! Should see some LEDs in a few days. Have made a few enquiries about borrowing equipment to measure the emission spectra from the LEDs. They'll be pretty monochromatic but I still assume there will be a smallish range to the wavelengths of light produced. This will need to be characterised.

I want to first characterise the blue light emission from these LEDs. Srimagal, Ramesh and Sahu (2016) suggest LED light in the range 400-480nm will induce phototoxic effect on microbial cells. A quick search of my favourite part supplier (Little Bird Electronics) turned up these. At 465nm they should be a good starting point.
