Cut saw tooth shape with dremel or hack saw

Hit every other tooth to right side then all others to left side

shape teeth with dremel and file

sharpen teeth with small stone

add tape to handle, lots

cut pattern for sheath with soldering iron

sew inside seam

singe other seams closed

bend and slightly melt edge so they stay folded down
