A bit of a set back, AFAIK the leak currents in the snubber circuit "interferes" with some LED bulbs/lights which results in them not turning of properly (either they blink or they dim). Ordered some new parts which hopefully will fix it, otherwise I'll just skip the snubber circuit entirely.
