Development Platform HDMI Display

Final Display Assembly. Cables brings the screen connectors to the back. They are attached with R Cable Clamp.

The display backlight is controllable via USB. An Android library has been made to control the screen. It has been test with BeagleBoard-X15 and Android Lollipop 5.1.1

Making the structure uses a number of MakerBeam components. MakerBeam components are sold in different quantities than the structure requires.

The price of the components for a single display with its structure is 264 Euro. The final assembly costs 179 Euro. The purchase efficiency is 67.3%. Making 4 displays improves the purchase efficiency to 90.4%.
