I bought several cheap dehydrators and have been using them on a fairly regular basis to save produce for the pantry. The most sophisticated one to date has a basic timer and thermostat function, some have thermostats but no timers, and a few have nothing at all to manage them. DehyDuino is going to fix that, and add a few extra features as well.

Oh - and cabinets. I'm no carpenter but I have managed to make a multipurpose cabinet for one of my dehydrator heater/fan bases and it's now my most used dehydrator but it NEEDS this project to make it perfect...
