Step 1

Go to IFTTT and create a new recipe using the maker channel

Name the Event the same name as the one published from the code below and create the trigger

Select your action that you want triggered by your IOT Button.

Finish the recipe creation.

Go to the Particle build page and copy/paste the code, then upload it to your board.

Get your IFTTT Key from the Maker Channel Page by clicking on How To Trigger Events.

Setup a Particle Webhook. The grey box is my current setup. Click new integration.

Enter your specific URL from IFTTT with the event name and key. Click Create Webhook.

Push your button to trigger your event.
