The smart watch PCBs from elecrow.com have come out nicely! I got ten at half standard thickness (.8mm) and black soldermask for $15 shipped! I hope the new FemtoduinoBLE with the nRF8001 has the same footprint so I can use these, but if not, they'll be a good test to see if elecrow is a reliable pcb fab. They look good so far!
