After Using PLanet CNC
i used HPGL files for engraving the pcb using laser.

This is after exposing laser on photo resist

As you can see, a bit of plastic from the dry flim is melted and cannon be removed (due to high power) and light Bleeding

Even though the engraving on wood is as below
