I got 50 PCBs of the breakout board today. Everything looks and tests good, but I can't test the footprint of the ESP3212 because I can't get one yet.
If anyone wants to test it for me, you can buy one here
I finished the library and breakout board, so the next step is to order the PCBs. Only problem is it's going to be a while before I can get a ESP3212 module. If anyone has one, I'd be very interested in buying it from you. Or you could make or order the PCB yourself and please tell me if it works right.
Otherwise, when I get the PCBs sometime next week, I'll put it on Tindie as an Alpha version, and I'll fully refund the first one or two people who buy it, thoroughly test it, and report back to me whether it works. Unless anyone has a better idea...
Order PCB, headers and ESP3212 module .
Solder ESP3212 and headers.

Check it out, I made some USB programmable ESP32 boards in KiCAD, for both module versions. Untested, as I haven't gotten my hands on the modules yet. https://hackaday.io/projects/hacker/2564

I just got my modules in the mail, took about a month.

I'll see if i can tell how the footprint looks, and let you know. Will probably be cheaper for me to just spin boards myself off oshpark though with the shipping cost.
Also may look into adding a voltage reg and other stuff on the board to make easier to use, if I do I'll post you the files!
