Another RC2014 build

After almost a week of investigation with the help of Spencer and Filippo, I was able to find my problem (bad bootcode.bin and start.elf files).

My "graphic card" is now working and I finally have a "standalone" RC2014 that I can connect it to my screen and to an USB keyboard.

Bye bye minicom :-)

I would like to add the "Pi Zero Serial Terminal for RC2014" [1] to my RC2014 but encountered some problems about it [2]. I’m still investigating the issue with the help of Spencer and Filippo.

I ordered parts to build a Pi Zero Serial Terminal, which act like a graphic card, providing a HDMI or composite output and USB port to connect an USB keyboard.

If you’re using minicom, set "Hardware Flow Control" to "No", to fix minicom offline status.
