Module received, I tested some call dial and receive from usb>ttl terminal
Power consumption is from 10mA standby to 200mA ringing.
Module play ringtone to speaker .... Nice surprise
Thinking about SamD21 ... Micropyhon & arduino

I am start thinking abou use samd21 cpu instead atmega328 ....
1. This is same mcu as in arduino zero .... Arm 256kb flash
2. Adafruit making very promising micropython port. Script accesible in mass storage mode.
= It can by versatile board with native USB programable in Arduino ide or in Micropython.
Display received and is very nice
