Z axis tensioner update:

- smaller and lighter design (and less to print)

- simplified the design by reducing the number of parts

Printing parts for apr addon for testing purpose and future firmware modification to run apr from g-code (or m-code)

Project update:

-added latest rev of apr addon .stl files

-updated part_list.xls with latest assembly

-updated project renders

First CAD of automatic parts removal addon for existing heatbed. It's driven by 25D geared dc motor. Belt made from strong PET sheet if needed will add some metal sheet later. Belt tensioner needs to be added and need to think about a fine way to make an closed-loop out of my PET sheet (first thought temperature?)

More work need to be done... right now it's a basic concept...

Printing right now the latest version of sunbeam 2.0 panel cover. This one should be better alligned with the panel pcb.... and no it’s PET so once again... bye bye PLA. 

If you want to perfect stick your 3d prints vinyl is cool but when printing with PET on vinyl you detach it with a piece of sandpaper ;)

SOLUTION: PET sheet. 3d Prints stick perfect and detach without any problems when heatbed is cooled down.
