13D Enclosure
1) 3D print and post-process the mechanical enclosure
2) apply brush on coating for all 3D printed parts (optional)
-
2Wheel preparation
3) push in the skateboard bearing in to the back of the wheel.
4) Epoxy 2 magnets in to the magnet holders with their polarity in the opposite directions (Note: it doesn't matter what direction each magnet is facing as long as their polarity is in opposite directions).
5) Epoxy 4 suction cups to the back of mount

3Soldering Sensors to Photon Battery shield
5) Clip away stack-able headers on the bottom of the photon battery shield
6) Solder the following wires:
PIR Digital out --> Photon Digital Pin 4
PIR Power --> Photon 3V3 Pin
PIR Ground--> Photon Ground Pin
Hall-Effect Signal (Green) --> Photon Digital Pin 2
Hall-Effect Power (Red) --> Photon Digital Pin 5
Hall-Effect GND (Black) --> Photon Digital Pin 3
-
4Securing Sensors to 3D enclosure
7) Connect all jumper wires to the appropriate PIR header pins
8) Secure PIR sensors using 4 #2X1/4" screws
9) Secure Hall-Effect sensor to the mechanical enclosure using 2 "Nylon Slotted Flat Head Screws" and "Low-Strength Steel Hex Nut"
