This project started a few years ago, when i was working as an undergradute student at the Thin Film Technology group of the Institute for Thermal Process Engineering at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology. To evaluate drying process of freshly coated Li-ion electrodes and the performance of the drying apparatus we wanted a very high accuracy temperature data acquisition system. Nothing easier than to spin one yourself using an ADC with a 100 page datasheet, right?I This wasn't my first microcontroller project, but I was a process engineering student without any courses in electronics. Having such a challenging project was frustrating and great at the same time. I learned during that time most of my electronics and embedded hardware knowledge, mostly through dozes of hours of trial and errors. The result was a first test board and this library https://github.com/Flydroid
I finished the PCB and parts list up yesterday and could order them on JLBPCB.com and LSCS.com for the parts.
While waiting for everything to arrive, I will work on the documentation as well as finish up the calculations for the input signals. I'm not sure yet on the way to present them, however there will be report in every case as I will be handing the TeensyDAQ for a course and Data Acquisition Systems im taking right now.
