The three PCBs:
- Original Viscount beats circuitry
- Stereo tube amp
- Power supply (AC 15V supplying direct to the amp, then rectifying to ~18V DC, supplying the +12V/-15V the Viscount board needs)

Building the case:

Then a ton of angle grinding. Every step of the case build made me appreciate why most boxes for things are, well, boxes: working with wood that curves in three dimensions is super annoying! You can't clamp it anywhere.

That said, it came out ok after all that:
