First you will need to find a few component to replicate this experiment.

you need a soldering iron, some solder, a few centimeters of wire, a High Voltage DC power source (DC Boost sold as taser module). some glue, a bottle of oil, a bunch of plastic bag and some Aluminium foil, A scissor or a scalpel to cut the aluminium is recommended.

cut two aluminium square of aluminium.

solder one of the wire on a corner of every aluminium foil.

Be careful not to melt the plastic bag, wait for the aluminium to cool down before making the next step

Glue the aluminium foil on each side of the plastic bag. the wire should be on the opposite side of the bag aperture.

Fold back a few centimeter of the bag and glue it. Since both bag have the same size, it will be easier to insert them in one another.

Put enough oil to fill a quarter of the bag.

To be sure their wont be any leak (trust me, cleaning oil not fun...) We enclose the first bag in another one. 

Now you can put some juice in you muscle. It will contract. but it's not usable in this form (thus the 3D printed version)

(Be very careful. This build act as a capacitor. A capacitor charged to hundreds of kilo Volt and may stay charged for a long period of time. Always short the capacitor lead to discharge it. It really hurt if it decahrge through you.
