1 × DC Power jack socket (5.5 x 2.5mm) Wanted to disconnect the power supply from the lamp whenever I want. Solution was to add a power socket.
1 × Power supply (5V, 3A) with 5.5 x 2.5mm DC jack To power the lamp.

1 × 3 Wire Cable (0.5m) For transmit power to the LEDs. For this I use Orange color 3 core braided cable
10 × M3 Screws For mount the base plate to the base and to mount the PCB
10 × M3 inset nuts Instead of tightening screws to plastic I use insert nuts
1 × 3 Position rocker switch (mount size = 28 x 10.5mm) Choose between warm and cool white light
1 × Light diffusing sheet I use a clear plastic sheet and sand it with a 600 grit paper
