1Getting the PCBs
Order prebuilt boards directly from me on tindie.com OR
Download the gerbers, send them to a PCB maker and get some bare boards. I recommend a Bright PCB color like RED because of the potentially lethal voltages involved.

2Source the components
All components are clearly shown on the schematic, there is nothing exotic and everything is readily available. They are ALL through hole components.

3Build the board
Solder the components to the Board, the Board overlay and the schematic will tell you where everything goes, and what orientation the components need.

4Buy OR Make an Isolation Transformer
Never test these boards directly on AC, it is dangerous. Make a Isolation transformer to reduce (but not eliminate) the risk of electrocution. Use common sense and be careful when testing. If you do not know what you are doing, don't play with AC.
I individually test all boards I sell.

5Deploy
After testing the board works, I recommend hard wiring the board directly to the AC in your device, and then using clear heat shrink to encapsulate all the High voltage components. Then just use double sided tape to attach somewhere inside your box. This will prevent any stray fingers touching lethal voltages (at least on this board).
I recommend CLEAR heat shrink, so that a visual inspection will tell you if any components have failed.
Then hook up your digital side, the pinout is the same as a servo.
Alternatively, you COULD use a screw terminal, the board is designed to accommodate one, although I do NOT recommend it.
If you buy a board from me, I will supply an appropriate length of CLEAR heat shrink to encapsulate the board when installed.
