1Acquire all the parts and board
Buy all the neccessary parts and produce the PCB board from the provided files.

2Soldering and mounting
Solder all the parts starting from the smallest and in the end mount the heatsink with the high power parts. The VU meter requires goldpins to be mounted vertically.

3Test the circuit
Power the board to examine if everything is fine and there are no mistakes in the assembly.

4Connect the flyback transformer
Wind the flyback transformer and connect all the created windings in an ordered way

5Test high voltage and arc generation
Carefully verify if the speaker works properly and creates plasma between the outputs of the transformer

6Assembly the plasma speaker experimental set
Properly mount all the speaker parts on an exposition board and add poles for the high voltage electrodes. You may add properties to the set to easily present properties of plasma to the others.
