For the wheel suspension a friend of mine started to mill them from aluminium, sadly it didn't finish in time, so we had to come up with a different idea.

Niklas then came up with a mixture of 3D prints and welded metal.

While installing we found that there was still some play, therefore we added a little bit of PTFE.
