Implementation of PWM controller for active/inductive loads based on 555 timer and MOSFET in TO252 package.
There are 2 versions of the board: dual side and single side for homemade.

PWM frequency setting:

Freq.pwm = 1 / 0.693 * ( R1 + R3 ) * C1 =
= 1 / 0.693 * 101000 * 0.000000001 = 14.287 KHz.

  • 1 × NE555DR SOIC-8 Clock and Timer ICs / Timer ICs
  • 1 × BAT54S SOT-23(SOT-23-3) Discrete Semiconductors / Diode Arrays
  • 1 × RES 1206 1KOm SMD Resistor
  • 1 × RES 1206 5KOm SMD Resistor
  • 1 × LED 0805 Green SMD LED

    * Added 100 nF bypass capacitor on NE555 supply for optimaze FET gate charge process.

    * LED resistor value replaced by on 5 kOm.
