First prototype LoraWAN gateway concentrator

I first built this project about a year ago with a Pi3. I recently refreshed the hardware with a Pi3B+. The MTAC-LORA card I used was end-of-life at the end of 2017. The replacement uses SPI interface rather than PCIe.
