Before soldering the circuit, I 3D printed the shape of the ghost. You can download the stl file from here.

Soldering the circuit
The schematic is a very simple one which you can find here.
I cut two holes in the lower part of the ghost shape, in order to solder the battery holder on the outside. This way the silicone didn't get stuck in the battery holder.

Potting
Adding the silicone was a bit tricky, because of the air bubbles. I tried heating the ghost hoping the bubbles would rise to the surface, but it didn't work as expected.
Thanks! This was my first attempt at using it. This is the silicone I've used: https://www.tme.eu/en/details/e43-90ml/encapsulating-materials/wacker/. Not the best choice, but I couldn't find an epoxy one. The one I've used remains elastic after drying and so far it didn't seem to affect the circuit.
Tidy project. Horrible pun.
