Active Cell Balancer Project

Description

Some time ago I found a active cell balancer based on the mp2307 synchronous buck converter designed by AfdhalAtiffTan. It seems that this project has been laying still for 2 years and I would like to revive it.

I started by designing a pcb following his schematics. Since I am not an electronics expert I would like some help with this project.

As AfdhalAtiffTan had made it open source I will ofcourse do that too. I am not looking to make any money, just to create an open source and clear active cell balancer.

2 × 6v Zener diode

1 × 12v Zener diode

3 × 1A Polyfuse

Step 1

For using the buck converter from banggood, remove the variable resistor and solder a wire from pin 5 (FB) to the through hole on the pcb.
