A Halloween Pumpkin with a Witch Hat. This was an experiment with post processing with a Matte Coating to protect the OSP copper from tarnishing.

Solder Mask: Black
Silk Screen: White
Copper Finish: OSP Copper

Gerber Files for the Pumpkin Witch. The original featured Black Solder Mask, White Silk Screen, and OSP Copper Finish. I would recommend giving the top layer a coat or two of Matte spray paint so the OSP does not tarnish. If you do this do it AFTER assembly.

  • 7 × 1206 LEDs mounted upside down OR OSRAM/SunLED Reverse Gullwing LEDs The footprint is for a OSRAM/SunLED Reverse Gullwing LED but a 1206 LED soldered upside down fits as well.
  • 1 × Resistor Size depends on the color you use. I decided to just bridge the foot print with solder to get the maximum brightness out of the yellow LEDs I was using.
  • 1 × MSS22D18 SMD Slide Switch What I used: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32793236680.html
  • 1 × CR2032 Battery Holder & Battery What I used: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32823937537.html
