Built and tested one board now. The RX and TX pairs are swapped on the USB-A side. The Enable pin should be tied to GND to actually enable the chip (not left floating as I thought). The connector seems to be glitching, but maybe I just failed to solder it properly.

Have you verified that USB footprint in relation to PCB edge? It seems really far, hope you can plug in a cable. Maybe try to find a 3d model.
Also, round them corners!
