PCB V-Cutter/Groove/Scores

Description

I wanted to make PCB V-Cutter/Groover to save some money on PCB manufacturing. This machine will cut v-scores in a PCB. The PCB V-Cutter/Groover uses a 30-degree v-cutting blade.
There are still a few issues with the machine that is been worked out.

i have been working on a upgrade machine but have been getting stack with the small blades. i'm also fixing up my CNC to make some of the parts.

i wanted to make a prototyping PCB for SMD components for bread boards but the quote i got for them to v-score 10 PCBs was about $260USD when i can get it for $5USD. i was hopping to make this to save some money.

its still a working progress, working out some problems like mounting the blade with not much movement. i think i will need to completely rethink how the motor is mounted and connects to the blade.
