Andrew BensonÜLGA, the Üniversal Lute Generating Algorithm, was derived from Marabunta - a parametricly derived stringed instrument generator. Marabunta could create any neck and scale the body to fit - ÜLGA seemed a natural progression in allowing any body form to fit the derived instrument.
