I've discovered the AP62200WU-7. It's not pin compatible with the AP63205 and it's an adjustable buck converter, so it will need a resistor divider to generate 5 volts, but it's otherwise the same device, essentially. I've ordered a set of boards reworked to accept this chip. We'll see.
