Painted random steel plate red for esthetic purposes, screwed on resistors and mounted it on old computer mouse plastic box i had laying around. Added Switches and banana plugs connected wires inside the box and quite cool looking dummy load was ready. Steel plate acts also as extra heatsink.

Using switches you can select 2,4,8 or 16 ohm resistance.
"Random steel plate" looks like a tie plate for wood construction. That's a good idea - never realized before that they look a bit like perfboard. I'll have to keep that in mind for other mechanical "breadboarding" tasks.
