When the center distance of 1st is 20mm, and the planetary gear
teeth of 2nd is 17, the Internal gear teeth should be 57

Awesome job! I have actually also designed a 3D printed gearbox that is in some regards VERY similar to this for my ebike. When I found this project I was quite surprised about how similar some of our solutions are.
Which material did you print this gearbox in? I printed mine from POM, but it is very difficult because of the insane warping.
