What it does:
Composed of a controller board + measurement cards
Measurement cards can measure and passively balance up to 24 cells
Measurement cards can be daisy chained with a two wire connection, up to 108 cells
Support for two temperature sensors per measurement card

And for the parts - i ordered some LTC6804-1 from aliexpress from three different resellers with the cheapest price of below 2 €. "Normal" shop price is around 20 €.
Schematics look good, funny, how you just drew the circuit diagram outside of the sheet ^^
* update: have to remove the max_error line in the pcb file to open it with Kicad 5.1.4. This has something to do with the nightly build of kicad. Rebuilt zones (b-key) . https://forum.kicad.info/t/nightly-pcb-file-using-with-5-1-2/17436

So, i have 15 HX1188NL and 5 LTC6804-1 ICs here, ordered the two shipments for around 20 € each. Jey, in the EU the limit is 22 €, below that there are no extra-costs.
Will get the other components from digikey, i guess.
Hopefully will order the PCBs this week.
