ePaper fridge magnet

I'm updating the source code to display 4 color gray images using the standard b/w 2.7 inch e-paper screens .  The black and red screens also can display gray scale but the gray is very light.

For now it will be a separate branch on git . But I plan to make it a config option in the SETUP.TXT file.
