Replace the KSA-2 replacement board to more easily make a decade resistor box.

    So the KSA-2 housing is 10mm thick.  Looks like these connectors should work.

    The default KSA2 board is 0.8mm thick, but it looks like once the heat stakes are removed it could accomodate 1.2mm or maybe even 1.6mm thick boards.

    I ordered the first round of board from OSH Park.  If they line up with the KSA-2 plastic box, I'll publish it on github.
