took the print out of the sculpture pattern in a paper in the required dimension

Made 5 brass rodes with 30cm length each.

Placed the brass rodes on the top of the patter and made the required shape by cutting and bending the brass rodes with reference to the pattern.

finished soldering then  cleaning use this brush
