First you need 3/4 inch PVC piping.

Cut a 5 inch piece of the pipe off.

Obtain 2 caps that fit the 3/4 inch pipe piece.

Drill a hole for the top big enough to hold your antenna.

Insert the antenna into the hole use the cord that runs from the antenna to the RTL-SDR dongle.

Curve the cord with the rest of the cord facing upwards.

Push the cord down into the pipe the excess of the cord can wrap around the pipe.

Then drill a hole big enough to fit your screw-able top of your stand.

Put the bottom piece on.

Screw in your stand.
