PD Micro - USB-C PD3.0 PPS Trigger

I uploaded all the KiCad design files to GitHub.

I did some major code refactoring for the logging function. Now it supports raw packet data printout. Serial output and logging are asynchronous. There is minimal impact on PD timing when logging is enabled.

I updated the library to support logging source capabilities and protocol packets name to serial port during PD negotiation.
