Finally had some time to put all the parts on the map. Now comes the big work, programming and testing. First the memory mapper in the CPLD then the ATmega and then the Z80

Build uploaded 2 files for the CPLD one is just a memory mapper and the second is the configuration for if you want to build a MSX computer with 512K Ram. its all tested and working fine. Now working on the software for the ATMega

Have you considered adding a FDC37C I/O Controller...?
It has lots of stuff on one chip.
FDC...compatible with upd765

Timers
Parallel I/O
Serial I/O 16c552
PATA IDE interface
And other stuff !!
No I have not. There is a RTC on de card there are already 2 serial interfaces there are 2 prallel I/O ports there is a CTC, and a IDE i dont need because i use a SD cart as drive system. And the FDC37C is not direct Z80 compatible. But i don't say that it can't be done in the future. This is now a simple Z80 CPM computer ones i have finished the software for it
