Giovanni2/18: 1st successful test of any indoor panel: Panasonic AM-1816CA with Waveshare Solar Power Manager (even though the latter is for 6V-24V) the AM1816CA is 4.9V.
Cowboy Studio 85W (450W equivalent) CFL was used.

The boot light (top right corner) also flickers on with enough light, but hasn't been able to charge a 3.7V battery yet.
