#RELEASED:
This is the result of my take on designing a dual gear lightweight 3d printer extruder. It is designed to be printed without support in only 3 parts. Standard hardware applies and can easily be sourced. It uses a NEMA 14 12Ncm motor an have 2.94:1 gearing ratio using BMG type gears - A 5:1 version will also be available on a later stage. This project is currently in BETA release and files can be downloaded on github. It will be opensource as soon as I get to the release stage.

Details

Prints in 3 pieces with CPE, PETG or some high tg material. NB! tolerances are tight so your 3d printer must be properly calibrated.

Follow up on my new lightweight extruder. Testing flowrates and comparing the e3d V6 hotend VS the Tl Dragon. Will there be differences and how much can this small NEMA 14 motor push?

I just made som small changes to the latch and the front body to accomodate for a latch thumbscrew. I need to test this before I release it. I am not sure about using a spring or not. I currently run without a spring for the latch and I see no reason to add it.. Let me know what you think
