I purchased one of those DIY electric bike kits from Amazon and it came with a LB27 dc motor controller. I wasn't building an electric bike but it was cost efficient to buy this kit. I needed to interface it to a CAN network so I took the motor controller apart to figure out what I needed to do.
While I can't publish much about what I'm working on, I can publish the internal schematic of the LB27 motor controller so that other people may save the time figuring this out.

Bought one recently but without lights, brakes or ignition, are all those components necessary? I guess I need the ignition at least, do you know how I can make one on my own?
