A Xilinx downloader(USB to JTAG) & USB to UART based on FT2232HL.
Partially pin-to-pin compatible with the CJMCU-FT232HL one.
The advantage is, except for the low price, this pluggable module can be included in any breadboard/PCB acting as JTAG, UART, and power supplier at the same time.
