LM1085 is too hot. I was trying with voltaje divider, OPAMP voltaje regulator, LM317, LM1085...
Next I will going to get 3.3v with a step down converter but before I'm going to quit the LM1085 and get's the 3.3v from ATX power source directly.
Also I have changed some connection to ESP adding a signal to able to do reset.
