CanAirIO Pax Counter improvements

New improvements in the last version of CanAirIO on development channel:

- WiFi preset UI already sync with Android app
- PAX Counter init now is fast (in the second part of video)
- New PAX Counter disable option (on GUI and via BLE)
- Detection improvements.

Right now in the development channel of remote OTA update, this features are ready. Coming soon on the production channel.
