I used your board design, thank you for sharing your work.
Its a tiny bit confusing because you have annotated TXO and RXI on the FTDI connector incorrectly on your schematic. The pins are however in the correct order so it will work.

maybe you could add the Connections for a CCS811, a DHT22 and a MH-Z19B or a MQ135 to the PCB ?
