Hi Michael. I don't saw your comment. Thanks for the warning.
I tried it for a quick moment only to check if controller was working after the buy.
I need to prepare the vacuum system with all correct conecction now. Already I have one roughing pump to make preliminary vacuum. I will follow the next steps:
I'm going to make rough vacuum with turbo->chamber valve opened but the valve for the roughingpump->turbo closed.
Later when 1*10-3 is reached I will close turbo->chamber valve, start pump for the turbo and then open the roughingpump->turbo valve.
Later I will start the turbo.
Later I'm going to close the roughingpump->chamber valve and then open the turbo->chamber valve.
