There are programming pads for a Tag-Connect or compatible in the top right. With the help of the adapter from previous Log and a Atmel programmer (Atmel ICE in my case). Beside the wiring there is also this helpfull write up: https://learn.adafruit.com/how-to-program-samd-bootloaders
