I designed this font for inscribing ID numbers on belongings with a boxcutter or similar, to deter theft. Using an engraving tool is unnecessarily hard. ALWAYS CUT IN A DIRECTION AWAY FROM THE OTHER HAND and never forget to keep all fingers out of harm's way in case the knife slips. The doubled lines on the odd numbers make it difficult for the thief to change one numeral into another by adding lines post-theft. Fabric items can be marked with a felt-tipped marker pen, which will make the doubled lines look like single thick lines, but the difference will still be discernable. Plus and hyphen-minus were included to provide for creativity. They can also be used to indicate the beginning and end of your number to prevent unauthorized extensions. Tip: inscribe all lines of the same orientation together; there are only four orientations. Also shown is a water bottle inscribed with a number.
