Add this following line to the "Additional Board Manager URLs",

https://github.com/ambiot/amb1_arduino/raw/master/Arduino_package/package_realtek.com_ameba1_index.json

Then install Ameba package from the board manager

Use Arduino IDE to upload the code in the Github repo to Ameba

You can either do it yourself or find someone else to print for you, its 2 small object, prince should be quite ok
